Ingredients:

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • 1 scoop FORALL Protein Powder

  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp nut butter (almond, peanut, or cashew)

  • ½ banana, mashed or sliced

  • Dash of cinnamon

  • Optional toppings: berries, cacao nibs, coconut flakes, hemp seeds

Instructions:

  1. Whisk together your milk and FORALL until dissolved.
  2. Stir your protein milk and remaining ingredients together in a jar or bowl.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
  4. In the morning, stir, top, and eat cold — or warm it up if that’s your thing.
