The Overnight Oats That Actually Keep You Full

Protein-Packed Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

½ cup rolled oats

1 scoop FORALL Protein Powder

¾ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp nut butter (almond, peanut, or cashew)

½ banana, mashed or sliced

Dash of cinnamon

Optional toppings: berries, cacao nibs, coconut flakes, hemp seeds
Instructions:
- Whisk together your milk and FORALL until dissolved.
- Stir your protein milk and remaining ingredients together in a jar or bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
- In the morning, stir, top, and eat cold — or warm it up if that’s your thing.
