Protein Packed Breakfast: Banana Oatmeal Pancakes with 40g+ of Protein!

Pancakes have always held a special place in my heart!

But adulthood hits hard, doesn’t it? Suddenly, those carb-heavy pancakes aren’t as forgiving. 11:00am rolls around, and there I am, reaching for the coffee like it’s my lifeline.

Luckily I found this amazing, healthy banana pancake recipe, powered by FORALL protein powder! It’s got all the good stuff—just ONE ingredient: whey protein isolate. No added sugars, no mystery ingredients. Just wholesome goodness to keep you feeling full and energized.

These pancakes are my morning go-to. They keep me fueled up for hours, without the dreaded mid-morning crash.

Here’s what you’ll need:

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups old fashioned rolled oats, gluten free if desired
  • 1 scoop FORALL
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Oil or Ghee of choice for pan

Toss all those ingredients into your blender (or mixer) and mix until you’ve got a smooth batter.

Heat up your pan, coat it with oil or ghee, and ladle on about 1/3 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook them for a few minutes until they start to puff up and you see tiny bubbles forming.

Once they’re golden brown and beautiful, flip them over! If they’re browning too quickly, just dial down the heat a little bit.
