Protein-Packed Banana Bread

Moist, naturally sweet, and loaded with clean fuel.

Ingredients:

  • 2–3 ripe bananas (the spottier, the better)

  • 2 eggs

  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey

  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil or butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1½ cups almond flour

  • 2½ scoops of FORALL Protein Powder

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • Pinch of salt

  • Optional: chopped walnuts, dark chocolate chips, or blueberries

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mash bananas and whisk in eggs, maple syrup, oil, and vanilla.
  3. Stir in almond flour, FORALL Protein, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Fold in any optional mix-ins.
  5. Pour into loaf pan and bake for 40–45 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool before slicing (if you can wait).
