4-Ingredient Homemade Protein Bars (That Actually Taste Good)

Looking for a clean, easy, and delicious protein bar recipe you can whip up in under 10 minutes? We’ve got you.

These 4-ingredient homemade protein bars are made with pantry staples you probably already have—plus a scoop of FORALL to power you through workouts, busy mornings, or mid-afternoon slumps. They're soft, chewy, naturally sweet, and packed with protein… without the artificial junk.

The best part? You can customize them with your favorite add-ins, like chocolate chips, dried fruit, flax, or chia for a little extra crunch or sweetness.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter (or almond butter)

  • ½ cup maple syrup (or honey)

  • 1½ cups rolled oats

  • 1 scoop FORALL protein powder

Optional Add-Ins:

  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

  • ¼ cup dried cranberries or raisins

  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed or chia seeds

Instructions:

  • Mix it up: Combine peanut butter, maple syrup, and FORALL until smooth. Add oats and mix until evenly distributed. Fold in any optional add-ins.

  • Press & chill: Press the mixture into a parchment-lined 8x8 dish. Use the back of a spoon or your hands to press it down evenly.

  • Refrigerate: Chill for at least 1 hour, then slice into bars.

How to Store:

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days—or freeze for up to a month!
